On boats, small plastic parts fail first: hatch and locker handles, flush latches, turn buttons, hinge covers, rod-holder caps, fender-clip parts. Sun and salt make the plastic brittle, and one hard knock snaps it. Finding the exact replacement often means ordering from abroad, and for an older or locally built boat the part may no longer exist at all.

How we make it

Send us a photo of the broken part with a ruler next to it, plus a photo of where it sits on the boat. If you have the pieces, even better: bring them or send them by Grab and we measure them directly. We model the part and print it, usually as one piece, with the hole sizes matched to your existing screws and pins. If a part keeps breaking in the same place, we reinforce that spot.

Material

We print boat parts in PETG, which does not absorb water and copes with heat much better than PLA. Other materials are available on request for parts that sit in full sun all day. We can also emboss the boat's name on handles or covers.

From 150 THB per part, more for large or complex pieces; matching sets are cheaper per piece. Usually ready in 1–3 days. Delivery by Grab to the marina in Phuket or by courier across Thailand.
